To ensure vital support for families in housing need in the lead up to winter, our ReStores are open for in-store shopping. All Ministry of Health guidelines will be 
followed to keep you, our staff and volunteers safe.

If you’d like to donate your quality goods, please ensure that they are clean and complete, and pre-sorted in to groupings. This helps our staff and volunteers to
process things carefully and safely.

When you arrive at ReStore, you’ll see the contactless drop-off zone. Please help us by placing your items in the area as directed.  Our Covid-19 quarantine
process means we will leave your goods untouched for four days.

Gas appliances, kerosene appliances, built-in appliances, large household items with rust or without a power cord, chemicals, children’s car seats, children’s inflatable toys for water, bike and safety helmets, life jackets, buoyancy aids, TV’s older than 5 years, large console model TV’s and stereos, electric blankets, weapons, CRT monitors, furniture and mattresses with damage or mould.
