Richmond Development
We are building five new three-bedroom homes on Queen Street, Richmond with a completion planned for the first half of 2024. This development will be within walking distance of downtown Richmond, the promenade, Pak’n’Save, Kmart and Richmond Mall.
May 2023
We started in May, and within 8 weeks, five homes are standing and are roofed.
We used innovative Potius walls that are made locally, thus making the process super quick.

August 2023
Gibbing and plastering done (thanks to Nelson Drywall & Plastering). Families will be able to paint their homes soon!
September 2023
Families are painting their homes, as part of the Sweat Equity. A part of Progressive Home Ownership programme. They even shared an awesome brunch together.
October 2023
Fences, pergolas and concrete pads – all set up. This development goes by fast!
November 2023
Bays Joinery put new kitchen benchtops and we’re waiting for appliances to be installed. Bathrooms are nearly done. Looking to do the driveway and landscaping next.
