How does Habitat Invercargill help

Habitat for Humanity Invercargill was founded in 1995. We have built or repaired 37 homes, assisted 119 family members and contributed to the Habitat build programme post-earthquake and NZ Pacific Aid housing projects.
Habitat for Humanity Invercargill’s vision is to provide Sustainable Housing Outcomes.
Our mission is to be a hub which works with others to achieve housing outcomes. The goals and vision for our global organisation have been developed over many years. Habitat for Humanity Invercargill have a vision and mission  particular to our entity and in our local context.

Family Story

Throughout New Zealand, Habitat for Humanity partner with family’s through our Progressive Home Ownership programme, providing a pathway to home ownership for the many people otherwise locked out of the market. One of those family’s was Moana’s.
